English Study Group

Die English Study Group bietet interessierten Mitgliedern des Englischen Seminars mehrmals im Semester die Gelegenheit zum informellen Austausch über aktuelle Forschungsprojekte. Alle Lehrenden und Studierenden am Englischen Seminar sind herzlich eingeladen, an den Treffen teilzunehmen.

Book of the Month

Each month, staff, students and friends of the English Seminar introduce books they enjoyed and wish to recommend. If you'd like to post your favourite book, please write to Lena Linne.

English Department Newsletter

Students, staff and friends of the seminar are invited to subscribe to the newsletter of the English department. The newsletter will be sent out at irregular intervals to inform about upcoming events of the English department, the Fachschaft and around Bochum that are of interest to all anglophiles. Lately we informed you about the Summer School in Canterbury, a scholarship to go to NYC, a book sale in Düsseldorf, and a selection of Shakespeare productions on stage and screen in the area.
